Social distancing: WellTuned resource guide

It’s no secret that social distancing leaves many of us feeling anxious, worried, bored or stir-crazy, but know this: what you’re doing is important. Staying at home as much as possible and practicing social distance in public is the only way to protect the most vulnerable among us, and finding new ways to pass the time can make it all a little easier.

Whether you’re reading a book, learning a language, working out with your kids or simply petting your dog, every step you take to #StayHome makes a difference. Please continue to do that, stay up-to-date on what experts have to say about preventive measures and coping with COVID-19, and don’t forget to wash your hands the right way.
